1. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We can bring cleaning supplies for a $29 fee when you select “Use Provided Supplies.” If you prefer certain products, you can provide them.
We do not bring step stools, toilet brushes, or industrial mops. For hygiene, we use Swiffer mops and Clorox disinfecting wipes.
2. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancel or reschedule for free at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours will have an $70 fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost.If the cleaner arrives and no cancellation was made, or if access is denied, the full service charge applies.
3. Can I request the same cleaner or choose a different one?
Yes! We’ll do our best to assign your preferred cleaner if they are available.
4. Can I request cleaning for specific areas only?
Yes! Book our Hourly Service (Custom Clean) package if you only need certain areas cleaned. Just list your requests in the Special Instructions section.
5. What does the Move-In/Move-Out cleaning service include?
This is a deep cleaning service for empty homes. This covers:
Cleaning the kitchen and living areas (add bedrooms, bathrooms, or other spaces in Question 3).
Wiping inside the fridge and freezer.
Wiping inside bedroom closets (up to 2 closets).
Dusting ceiling fans (customer must provide a step ladder).
Cleaning supplies included.
