(Must be disclosed at the time of booking. This will be considered a deep cleaning or charged at an hourly rate.)

Clean minor mildew in showers and bathrooms
(Especially when mildew has built up on tile or grout, this will be treated as deep cleaning or charged hourly.)

Detailed dusting of shelves and bookcases
(This service requires booking a deep cleaning or hourly rate to ensure enough time is allocated.)

❌ What Professional Cleaners CANNOT Do:

Perform professional carpet or upholstery cleaning with specialized machines
(They do not provide steam cleaning, even if the client supplies the equipment.)

Scrub grout using specific tools (e.g., drill brush attachments)
(They do not carry this type of equipment.)

Clean exterior windows
(Requires proper tools and ladders, we recommend hiring a specialized window cleaning company.)

Clean up pet feces, vomit, or animal crates
(This is considered a biohazard and is not allowed for safety reasons.)

Clean areas with insect infestations
(A professional pest control service must address the issue before any cleaning can be done.)

Clean light fixtures that require disassembly
(High risk of breakage and very time-consuming, we suggest a specialized company.)

Pressure wash any surfaces
(Cleaners do not carry pressure washing equipment.)
